The draft resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On changes to the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 20, 2010 No. 1520" was submitted for public discussion, providing for the formation and open access by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the register of persons who have certificates of production (works, services ) of own production.

At the same time, it is provided that the placement of such information on the official website is made with the consent of the manufacturer. Therefore, at his request, for example, to protect information constituting a commercial secret, the relevant information will not be reflected in the register.

The amendments proposed by the draft resolution will allow purchasing organizations to promptly receive information about availability

manufacturers who have documents on the origin of goods (works, services) necessary for procurement purposes.
