International specialized wholesale exhibition-fair "Prodexpo-2019" will take place in Minsk on November 12-15, 2019 for the 25th time.
In the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Republic of Belarus with participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus was held a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding of the 25th international specialized exhibition "Prodexpo-2019".
Reference: The Organizing Committee was established by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. The head of the Committee is the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Dvornik. The representatives of the Ministry of agriculture and food of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, the Concern "Belgospischeprom", the Belarusian Republican Union of consumer societies and a number of other departments, including the heads of relevant committees of regional Executive committees participate in the Organizing Committee.
Issues discussed at the meeting of the Organizing Committee:
preparation and acquisition of the exhibition "Prodexpo-2019»;
attraction to participation of foreign exhibitors and business circles, including by posting information on the websites of all embassies of the Republic of Belarus abroad. The participation of exhibitors from Russian Federation, Poland, Greece, and Italy was pointed out;
Blitz negotiations between retail chains, manufacturers and suppliers of food products "Procurement: Retail & Food" involving more than 20 largest retailers in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan;
organization at the exhibition of a unique gastronomic project INTERNATIONAL CULINARY CUP;
business forum "The Food Industry of the Republic of Belarus in the context of deepening integration processes".
Active work on the formation of the exposition and attraction of foreign delegations will continue.
The exhibition will take place from 12 to 15 November in Minsk, Pobediteley Ave., 20/2.
