On September 26, 2018, the Memorandum of cooperation in the field of competition policy between the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic Kazakhstan was signed within the framework of the 49th Anniversary meeting of the Interstate council on antimonopoly policy of the CIS member states in Sochi (Russian Federation).

The purpose of the Memorandum is to develop and strengthen cooperation in the field of competition policy.

This document will allow the exchange of non-confidential information in the field of competition policy and information about changes in antimonopoly legislation, experience in the field of consideration of cases of violations of antitrust law, in the field of competition advocacy. In addition, it is planned to organize joint conferences, seminars, trainings and other events to improve the skills of employees.
