Delegation of the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China, headed by Deputy Chairman Ms. Gan Lin, visited the Republic of Belarus on September 23, 2019. During the visit, at the end of the negotiations, a Memorandum on Cooperation in the field of Competition and Price Supervision, Consumer Rights Protection and Regulation of Advertising Activity between the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus and the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People’s Republic of China was signed.

Memorandum aims to enhance the exchange of non-confidential information in the field of competition and pricing policies, consumer protection and regulation of advertising, as well as the exchange of experience in the investigation of violations of antimonopoly (competition) legislation, legislation on consumer protection and advertising, the procedure for the formation and application prices (tariffs), competition advocacy, interaction with antimonopoly authorities, and regulatory authorities (organizations) prices (tariffs), other countries and national government bodies.
