Палажэннем не ўсталяваны абавязак прадаўца (рэалізатара) па вяртанню грашовых сродкаў па падарункавым сертыфікаце. У той жа час, прадавец можа самастойна вызначыць дадзеныя ўмовы ў зацвярджаемых iм правілах рэалізацыі тавараў па падарункавым сертыфікаце. Пры гэтым варта ўлічваць, што гэта права прадаўца, але не яго абавязак.
